Dr. Ingrun-Ulla Bartölke
After completing her education as Qualified Banker, Dr. Bartölke studied business economics at the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg until 1994. Afterwards, she worked as a research associate in the Department of General Business Economics and Management at the University of Rostock and received the "Dr. rer. pol." degree in 1999. In November 2000, Dr. Bartölke started working in Group Controlling at Volkswagen AG and was appointed Head of Financial Disclosure on April 1, 2007. Since January 1, 2010 she has been Head of Group Accounting and External Reporting.
Martin Mahlke
Mr. Mahlke graduated in physics at the Ruhr-Universität in Bochum and started working in the department of Production Line Controlling at Volkswagen AG in 1991. After having worked in various positions in the department of Capital Participation Management South America / Africa and in Group Controlling, Mr. Mahlke served, from 2003 to August 2006, as Member of the Board of Directors responsible for finances at Volkswagen Navarra, S.A. in Pamplona, Spain, and, from September 2006, as Head of Controlling of Value-creating Processes in Group Controlling. On April 1, 2010 Mr. Mahlke was appointed Head of Group Controlling.
Bernd Rumpel
After passing the secondary school-leaving examination in September 1979, Mr. Rumpel began studying economics at the Volkswagen AG company in Wolfsburg. He worked in several accounting departments at VW AG and completed his on-the-job education as Certified Management Accountant. Between 1991 and 1996, he worked in various positions in accounting departments of Škoda Auto a.s., Mladá Boleslav, and, on his return to Volkswagen, he was appointed to a management position. Since that time, he has been in charge of the Škoda Liaison Office of the Volkswagen Group in Wolfsburg.
