If your car breaks down at any time, you can call the Assistance Centre 24 hours a day and the centre will ensure roadside assistance for you directly at the breakdown point, optionally towing of the car to the nearest Škoda authorised service partner.

If necessary, the additional services may be provided to the car crew, for instance, hire of a courtesy car, arrangement of alternative transport or hotel accommodation.
