NEW CAR SALES EXECUTIVE

The Task

  • Attain sales target to meet objectives set by management
  • Perform showroom duties and attend to all walk-in customers
  • Prepare proper documentation for sales contracts
  • Ensure systematic handover of new vehicles to customers

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving licence
  • With / without experience in the car industry
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Results driven and highly motivated
  • Ex air-crew may apply

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (WEEKEND)

The Task

  • Responsible for handling customers walk-ins, enquiries, bookings
  • Handle all telephone enquiries

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Well groomed with good communication skills
  • Strong passion for customer service, enthusiastic and dedicated to total customer satisfaction

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (MON - FRI)

The Task

  • Responsible for handling customers walk-ins, enquiries, bookings
  • Handle all telephone enquiries

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Well groomed with good communication skills
  • Strong passion for customer service, enthusiastic and dedicated to total customer satisfaction

ADMIN EXECUTIVE

The Task

  • Provide administrative support to the department

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in the car trade is an advantage

VEHICLE TECHNICIAN

The Task

  • Carry out repairs based on the job card as per manufacturer's standards

Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in automotive or related industry
  • Possess NTC2 (Automotives)
  • Possess valid Class 3 licence

SERVICE ADVISOR

The Task

  • Attend to all customers' service/repair requests and advise on appropriate course of action
  • Communicate customer's needs to the Service department for timely rectification
  • Ensure proper documentation of job cards, invoices, claims, checklists
  • Provide timely job status updates to customers

Requirement

  • Minimum NTC2 in Automotive Technology with at least 3 years of experience in automotive industry  
  • Possess valid Class 3 driving licence
  • Customer oriented with good oral and written communication skills

PARTS EXECUTIVE

The Task

  • Ensure proper inventory housekeeping
  • Maintain proper updates of inventory system
  • Allocation of parts for service/repairs/purchases
  • Monthly reporting of inventory flow and costings

Requirement

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Levels with at least 3 years of experience in automotive industry  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possess good technical knowledge of automotive parts
