  • Customers should check for the app notification in the MyŠkoda Plus App. The subscription renewal will be sold by the dealer as an accessory solution, and an invoice will be generated once the payment is completed. Subscription renewal and activation will be carried out from the back end.
  • Customers can approach the dealer, make the payment for a 3-year renewal package, and continue using the services.
  • Customers are advised to renew the subscription well before the expiry date.
  • After the expiry period, the device will be terminated and cannot be reused.
  • The hardware warranty is out of scope of this renewal process.
