You can purchase a Škoda SuperCare package post vehicle delivery at any authorised Škoda sales or service outlet within the mentioned time/km limit.
There are 2 packages under Škoda SuperCare: a) SuperCare 4-year package b) SuperCare 2-year package. Further, under the 4-year package, there are 3 variants to choose from: Standard, Enhanced and Comprehensive.
4-year packages can be purchased up to 11 months/12,000 km from date of vehicle purchase. 2-year packages can be purchased post 1st service or 1 year from date of vehicle purchase, whichever is earlier.
Coverage begins post 1 month from the sale of SuperCare package.
The 4-year packages are valid for 4 years from the date of new vehicle delivery or 60,000 km, whichever is earlier. The 2-year packages are valid for 2 years from date of activation or 30,000 km, whichever is earlier.
Yes, you can get your car serviced at any Škoda authorised workshop PAN India, irrespective of where you purchase the Škoda SuperCare package.
Preventive maintenance services as specified in the owner's manual and specified wear and tear parts are covered under Škoda SuperCare packages.
No, you don't have to pay for parts and labour that are covered under Škoda SuperCare packages.
