The bi-xenon headlights are fitted with the Adaptive Frontlight System (AFS) and LED daytime running lights. The AFS optimises the illumination of the road and surroundings in line with the driving and weather conditions and adapt to different traffic situations.

 Highway driving needs a long spot light reach. The change in the light beam is activated at 90km/h.

 The interurban mode keeps both the right and left headlight modules in default position and it is activated in speed range of 0-15km/h or 50-90km/h.

 The AFS light curves provide better illumination of curve ad is activated from 10km/h which enables the driver to respond faster to any unforeseen obstacle.

 The AFS City lights are wider and shorter than the Interurban mode and they light up the whole road and adjacent pavement and is activated at 15-50km/h.

 The AFS Crossroad lights offer better illumination in tighter curves and is activated up to 40km/h.

This is the first time that the ŠKODA KAROQ’s two-part tail lights have gleamed with LED technology as standard. The lights are narrow, with one element of the tail lights located in the body and another in the tailgate.
